Easter Park is a commercial development in Aldermaston consisting of retail units, marketing suites and conference rooms. Atlantis have been proudly managing Easter Park since 2010.
When Atlantis were instructed to take over the management of the development, our brief was to ensure the up-keep and maintenance of the communal areas of the estate. This largely consists of grounds maintenance and security and access issues although does involve an amount of general maintenance works and maintenance of on site plant and machinery.
As a very modern, high spec development, Easter Park has a high standard of finish to uphold. As such, the majority of our time is spent working very closely with the grounds maintenance contractor to ensure the first impressions of the site are excellent. They are on site every day, providing proactive upkeep of the grounds and send a very detailed, monthly report highlighting the quality of the site.
As a commercial development, security is also a priority and we have a security contractor attend regularly to service the access and monitoring equipment to ensure complete safety for the retail units. An access barrier is programmed to only access during specific times of the day and we have emergency cover should any of the equipment fail.
A proactive management plan is in place with and we are in regular contact with the client to ensure that Easter Park remains a desirable location for businesses to be.
